For Trainers:

3. How We Collect Your Data

5. Data Sharing Between Trainers and Trainees
When a trainee connects with a trainer in Aura Train:
Trainee Data Shared with Trainer: The trainee’s selected trainer will have access to their fitness data, workout history, progress photos (if uploaded), and goals to provide effective coaching. Trainer Control: Trainers can create and modify workout plans, set goals, and provide feedback visible to their trainees. Communication: Messages exchanged between trainers and trainees are stored to maintain conversation history. Consent-Based Sharing: Trainees can control what information is shared with their trainer through privacy settings.
6. Your Consent
We only process sensitive data (e.g., health metrics or photos) with your explicit consent, which you can provide or withdraw at any time in the app’s settings. For trainees, you can specifically control what information is shared with your trainer. Your choices are always respected.

1. Accepting These Terms
By creating an account or using our app, you confirm you’ve read and agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
2. User Types and Responsibilities
Trainees:
Provide accurate personal and fitness information Use the app responsibly for personal fitness purposes Consult healthcare professionals before starting any new fitness regimen
Trainers:
Maintain appropriate professional certifications Provide responsible fitness guidance within your qualifications Respect client privacy and confidentiality Create safe and appropriate workout plans
3. Using the App
You agree to:
Provide accurate information during signup and use Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials Respect the privacy of other users Not use the platform to harass, bully, or harm others Not upload harmful, offensive, illegal, or infringing content Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app
4. Trainer-Trainee Relationship
Trainers are independent contractors, not employees of Aura Train Aura Train facilitates connections but is not responsible for the quality of training provided All communications between trainers and trainees should remain professional Disputes between trainers and trainees should first be attempted to be resolved between the parties
5. Your Account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Subscription and Payments
We offer various subscription plans for both trainers and trainees Billing occurs according to the plan you select You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law
7. Intellectual Property
All app content (e.g., workout plans, logos, designs) belongs to Aura Train or our partners. You may not copy, distribute, or use it without our permission. For trainers: Workout plans you create remain your intellectual property, but you grant Aura Train a license to display and distribute them to your trainees through our platform.
8. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Aura Train provides fitness guidance, not medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition plan. Use the app at your own risk. Trainers must ensure their guidance is appropriate for their clients’ fitness levels and health conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
We’re not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the app, to the extent permitted by law. This includes:
Physical injuries during workouts Disputes between trainers and trainees Technical issues or service interruptions Inaccuracies in fitness or health information
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. You can also delete your account anytime via the app settings. For trainers: Upon account termination, you will no longer have access to your client list, but your clients will retain access to previously created workout plans.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv.
